Our chatbot is not just an answering tool, but a quality-controlled conversation system. It works exclusively with approved knowledge sources (RAG approach) and actively evaluates the relevance of conversations. This prevents hallucinations, endless chats and uncontrolled responses.

The chatbot accesses a customer-specific knowledge database. Typical data sources are websites, PDFs, Word files and structured FAQs. The content is prepared and approved together with you – the chatbot responds exclusively on this basis.

The risk is greatly reduced. Thanks to structured FAQ questionnaires, controlled knowledge sources and clear conversational logic, the chatbot only responds within the defined knowledge framework. Free „guesswork“ or creative hallucinations are deliberately avoided.

The chatbot continuously evaluates the relevance of a conversation. It deepens the dialog for meaningful, business-relevant topics. In the case of irrelevant or unclear inquiries, it terminates the conversation in a controlled manner or refers the user to a contact person or a contact form.

That depends on the package:

  • Basic: Hosting at the customer’s premises

  • Premium: Hosting and operation by handz.on

  • Exclusive: 100% local architecture or individual hosting models

This allows you to decide how much responsibility and data sovereignty you want to take on yourself.

The chatbot can be used in compliance with the GDPR, depending on the selected package and hosting variant.
In the Basic and Premium packages, requests are forwarded to external language models (e.g. OpenAI). Processing is anonymized, but it cannot be guaranteed that the data will only be processed within the EU. Corresponding information must be included in the privacy policy.

For particularly sensitive use cases, we offer a completely local solution in the exclusive package, in which no data is transferred to external AI providers. In this case, all data remains entirely within the customer’s controlled infrastructure.

We provide support with the technical implementation and the transparent integration of the required data protection notices.

Yes, tonality, choice of words, terms and communication style are defined together in the setup and adapted to your brand. Several UI templates are available from the Premium package upwards.

The chatbot is integrated via a standardized widget or snippet.
