Importance of the Security Network Munich for the industry<\/h2> \n \n

Markus Obser emphasizes the importance of raising awareness of IT Security. He explains: „Raising awareness of IT Security<\/a> is one of the most important factors in successfully meeting the complex challenges of digital transformation. At handz.on, we are firmly convinced that this should not just be a matter for experts, but that raising awareness among companies and users is also crucial to overcoming the growing cyber risks.“ <\/p> \n \n

About the Security Network Munich<\/h2> \n \n

The Security Network is a cooperation of companies and research institutions in the greater Munich area. Originally launched as a project funded by the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, the non-profit association „Sicherheitsnetzwerk M\u00fcnchen e.V.“ was founded in January 2019. The members of the network include both providers and users of IT security solutions, from large corporations to medium-sized companies and research institutions. <\/p> \n \n

The security network is the organizer of the annual Munich Cyber Security Conference<\/a><\/h2> \n \n

A particular highlight in the association’s calendar of events is the Munich Cyber Security Conference (MCSC)<\/a>, which celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2024. The MCSC has become an important platform for international dialog on cyber threats.
