2008 Markus Obser founded scienITec GmbH, which was already specializing in enterprise service management and information security at the time.
In 2022, the IT company was renamed handz.on.
Today the dual approach of consulting and development is the focus of our work in order to give our customers the best possible support in mastering the digitalization and automation of processes.

From banker to managing director
I want to do IT! That’s how it started… I first worked in the IT department at the company where I was training at the time, and it was there that I realized that my professional interest lay entirely in IT. When I started working in a management consultancy a little later, I was particularly struck by the poor quality of the advice given to customers. I wanted to provide customers with high-quality and comprehensive IT consulting, and so the foundation stone for handz.on was laid.
handz.on is completely self-financed and manufacturer-independent. We always offer our customers exactly what makes the most sense for them and take data protection and information security issues into account right from the start of every project.
We also attach great importance to open communication between employees and customers. Our employees always receive project-specific training before starting a project so that they are prepared for all challenges and can react flexibly.
